How frequently do you get the sessions?
The basic 10 sessions can take anywhere from six weeks to five months to complete, depending on your situation. Most people schedule weekly, which is a good way to go. However, it's good to know that you can do all ten sessions in as little as six weeks if you are limited on time or if you love the work and don't want to wait. On the other hand, if you want to space the sessions out, there's no problem with that, the work will be just as effective.                                            back to top

How much does it cost?
$90 per session.

Does the work hurt?
No, receiving this work from Christian Leeby does not hurt. Historically there have been many practitioners who have delivered painful work, but it is incorrect to think that it has to hurt to work. It's really quite obvious; pain makes us tense, and a tense body will not release as much as a relaxed body. Release and balance are the primary goals of structural integration, so it's important that the work not be painful. At the same time, almost everyone experiences areas that feel intense, but that intensity should feel good, the kind that makes you say,  "you're right on it, don't stop".                                    back to top

What should I wear?
You will not have a sheet covering you, so wear what you will feel comfortable in. This work can easily be done over loose clothes, so shorts and a t-shirt are fine. You can also wear boxers, briefs, bra and underpants, etc. Women who prefer to be in a t-shirt should have some kind of bra on for specific back techniques that work better with the shirt off. Of course you can always have a blanket covering you if you find that you are cold.

Don't force things. If you've done your preparation right you don't have to force things. There's a steadiness, a gradual straightening that organizes the body".
