Everybody has stress, this we know and frequently talk about with friends. But few people acknowledge how common depression, anxiety, and insomnia are.
Through physical and mental discipline, Yoga calms both the mind and emotions.
Yoga for stress depends on the individual. Some people need relaxing, restful practices, which would be the Restorative Class on Wednesdays from 6 - 7pm. Other people need physically demanding practices (level 2) classes. Please speak with Christian so you can be guided to the appropriate practice.
